Spiritual awakening is becoming an increasingly common occurrence among those folks most refer to as “normal” everyday people. Once this was the privilege of sages and saints but many are now seeking, and finding, enlightenment. But we believe that there is more to the spiritual journey than just awakening.

We have the chance and the choice, to evolve both our inner human Selves with our Soul-Spirits. Indeed, we must grow in addition to awakening if we want to know our true wholeness. This does not in any way deny the inventiveness of our human minds, the desires of our human hearts, and the expression of our individual spirits.

How do we grow and evolve from ego to our spirit Selves to our Soul-Spirits? We propose we start by becoming more conscious and aware wherever we are on our journey, always in the moment of right now.

We don’t need to wait for enlightenment to transform us. When we choose any thought, feeling, belief, habit, or deed that’s just a little more noble, a little more higher than the one we had before, we increase our awareness just that much. An increased in awareness moves our consciousness that much further along the path of becoming truly part of the universal consciousness-unity.

Ultimately, the spiritual journey is the journey of shifting from a life that is quite unconscious to a life lived in full consciousness. It is all about living more fully, more purposefully, and more joyfully along the way to awakening. This is the journey of moving from darkness to light, from suffering to acceptance, from judgment to allowing, from success to significance, from disease to wholeness, and from separation to unity. This is the “Mission Almost Impossible” of alike minds.

There are many other online Spiritual Communities with chatrooms on the internet but like-mindz isn’t just any web- based site with chatrooms, it’s a living Spiritual Community that is also a way of life off line that is constantly evolving. The “Mission Almost Impossible” for this community is to reach out and touch as many alike-minded people as we can so we can seek knowledge together and develop spiritually as well as providing a global forum for alike-minds to gather in one place in the moment of right now. In doing so, we intend to increase global awareness, be part of the universal consciousness while focusing on healing and orchestrating the most powerful of all energy- love for the all Beings and the whole planet.
